1st Annual Blueberry Loppet The first annual Blueberry Loppet is a challenging 30 km (approx.) cross country ski from Grandmothers Bay to Stanley Mission on the scenic and historic route along the Churchill River between these two first nation communities.

2012 PASC Cosmo Classic Loppet - Update The 2012 Cosmo Classic Loppet has been canceled due to lack of snow and the because of the rain that fell in the last week. The Prince Albert Ski Club and the Cosmo Club of Prince Albert is however going to host a "Fun Ski" on Sunday, January 15th at the Mary Nisbet Campground. The Fun Ski will start at 1pm and all cross country skiers are encourage to come out and ski and enjoy a warm beverage by the bonfire. There will be a stew and bannock meal at 4pm at the Cosmo Lodge as well. This will be a FREE event for all cross& |

Paddle Canada Lake Canoe Intro Course We have run 2 courses this spring already, if you are in need of a Paddle Canada Lake Skills canoe course, please call the Regina store and we can put you on a waiting list. If we get enough interest, we will run another Canoe course in June.
This certification course reviews the information from the Basic Canoe Tandem course then expands on the maneuvers and adds new strokes. In order to do well in this course, you will need a good understanding of the impact of canoe strokes on the canoe and the forces involved.
Basic Canoe Skills Tandem is a prerequisite for this course. |

Summer Holiday Road Stage Race The race returns to the Prince Albert National Park. The road race will consist of a 12.5km time trial on Saturday at 6pm and a road race on Sunday that starts at 9am. Come out and enjoy a weekend of racing in the beautiful Prince Albert National Park. If you are interested in volunteering, please let us know. For more information please contact the store. |

Sea Kayaking 101 A comprehensive course involving strokes, rescues, and the safety aspects of kayaking. This all day course is suited for beginner and intermediate paddlers. This course covers everything you need to know to paddle safely in large bodies of water. Throughout the course we will be in the water for the rescue portion, wetsuits are recommended, make sure you bring a change of clothing.
This course runs from 10 to 4 pm at Wascana Lake in Regina with a lunch break. We meet at the beach area just off of Broad Street, using the same parking lot as the Willow restaurant. |
