Canoe & Kayak Demo Day - Christopher Lake Looking to purchase a new canoe or kayak? Interested in trying a few different models out? This is your chance! Fresh Air Experience is hosting a canoe and kayak demo day on Wednesday, May 16th from 5pm until 8pm at Spruce Point at Christopher Lake. 2012 Pine Needle Mountain Bike Festival The 2012 Pine Needle Mountain Bike Festival is on Sunday, June 10th at Little Red River Park. Live music, great food, kids activities and mountain biking! Put together your team of 2 or team of 4 and participate in the 6 hour mountain bike relay, and in if you're up to it, you can ride it solo...raise the most money and you could win some great prizes like Trek mountain bikes, North Face jackets and so much more. 2012 Spring Fling Run Come out and participate in the Annual Spring Fling run at Little Red River Park. The run takes place on Saturday, May 12th and it starts at 1pm, registration opens at 12pm and the cost is $10. Choose your distance: 5km, 10km or 15km. Food and refreshments will be provided after the run. |

Salomon Door 2 Trail - Trail Shoe Demo On Saturday, May 5th at 11am we are hosting a Salomon Door 2 Trail shoe demo. Come out to the "North Parking Lot" at Little Red River Park and lace up a new pair of the lastest trail shoes from Salomon. Then we are going to hit the trails with our 5km and 10km group run. Everyone is welcome and there are tons of great Salomon prizes to be won.
Our regular FAE Trail Running Group will be moved to 11am on this day. |

Paddle Canada Intermediate Canoe Course This Paddle Canada course is a requirement for anyone looking to become a canoe instructor or to perfect their paddling skills.
The Lake Canoe Basic course is a pre-requisite for this course. This full day course expands on the lake paddling skills. This course is lots of fun, a great challange, practice before the course will be necessary in order to do well on this course.
