Fun Ski Raises $2500 The Prince Albert Ski Club and the Cosmo Club of Prince Albert hosted a "Fun Ski" in Prince Albert on Sunday, January 15th. Through pledges and local sponsorship they were able to raise $2500 for the Cosmopolitan Diabetes Foundation. There were approximately 80 skiers that came out to ski at the Mary Nisbet Campground. The skiers then headed over to the Cosmo Lodge in Little Red River Park and enjoyed a bowl of stew and bannock. |

Fresh Air Experience Trail Running Group Come and run with us this fall. Starting on the morning of Saturday, October 8th we will be running the awesome trails in Little Red River Park. We will run every Saturday morning until the snow flies. There are 2 groups available, a 5km group and a 10km group. The runs will start at the "North Parking Lot", check out the map for directions. Salomon Trail Running Shoe Demo On Sunday, September 25th come out to Little Red River Park in Prince Albert and take a pair of Salomon trail running shoes for a test run. 30th Annual Frank Dunn Toyota Triathlon Fresh Air Experience is proud to be the official "bike sponsor" of the 30th Annual Frank Dunn Toyota Triathlon. The triathlon is happening on Sunday, August 7th at Waskesiu in the Prince Albert National Park. This amazing event starts at 8am with a 1.5km swim then there is a 62km bike and then a 13km run to finish it off. Come cheer on participants from all over western Canada. |

Pine Needle Mountain Bike Festival - A Huge Success! The 1st Annual Pine Needle Mountain Bike Festival was a huge success. There was approximately 800 people through the Festival and $5000 was raised for the Rotary Trail. The cheque was presented to the Rotary Trail Committee on Thursday, July 7th. WHL Ride For The Kids Fresh Air Experience proudly provided the bikes for the WHL Ride For The Kids that took place on June 6, 7, 8 and 9. This was a charity ride in support of the Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan. Fresh Air Experience also provided mechanical support for the duration of the ride, from Prince Albert to Regina. |

Bike Safety In Prince Albert Fresh Air Experience and Parkland Ambulance has teamed up to talk about bike safety in Prince Albert schools. We are proud to be apart of this initiative to help teach kids how to be safe on their bikes. It is important that cyclists always follow the rules of the road and always wear a helmet. Also, make sure that your bike is in good working order. Have a fun and safe summer.
