The right clothing for outdoor activity is critical for maximum benefit and enjoyment. In
addition, outdoor aerobic clothing can be used for many activities. You don't need a separate jacket or pants just for skiing or only for running. Today's fabrics are engineered to allow for multi-sport activity whether it's skiing, running, or even cycling, not to mention a cool weather canoe trip.
