All orders will be shipped via Expedited Parcel Post.  We only ship within Canada.  Orders will typically ship within 2 business days of order being placed.   Shipping will be calculated at time of checkout.

Gift Cards

FREE shipping on Gift Cards.

Gift Cards do not count towards order totals on above categories.

Delivery and Pick-Up Options

FREE Delivery within the cities of Prince Albert and Regina.  FREE in store or curbside pick-up in Prince Albert and Regina.  This includes, bikes (PA only), kayaks, canoes and stand up paddle boards (based on item availability at pickup location).  Please contact us to schedule a pick-up or delivery time and confirm item location.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products and destinations. These restrictions include regional distribution agreements, hazardous or over-sized products.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 21 days after the date of purchased.  Items to be returned or exchanged must be in new condition (not have been worn or used) and items must have original tags attached.  Items must have a receipt, no exceptions.

Regular priced items are eligible for a full refund.  Items discounted up to 30% are eligible for an exchange or in-store credit or gift card.  Items discounted 30% or greater are FINAL SALE.

You are required to contact us via phone or email before you send your return.  In person returns are preffered and recommended.  Alternativley, returns can be shipped back to us at your expense.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Refunds will be processed in same payment method as original order.

**IMPORTANT** We reserve the right to decline the refund if any of the above conditions are not met.

Warranty and Repairs

We are here to help you with a warranty or repair.  Warranty varies from product to product.  To best help you with a warranty or repair, we recommend contacting us via phone or email.  We are happy to contact the company on your behalf and facilitate the warranty process.  Any shipping costs on warranty items or items being sent back for repair to the supplier are your responsibility.

All warranty items must be accompanied with original receipt (no exceptions).  All warranty items must be cleaned or laundered.  Items that are uncleaned will be subject to a $25 cleaning fee.


The information on our website is continuously updated and we want to provide our customers with a convenient option to shop with us.  Our goal is to provide the most accurate information and pricing on our website.  In the event of pricing discrepancies, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order.

In the event of incorrect inventory and the item ordered is unavailable, we will do our best to fulfill the order in a timely fashion.  If there is a significant delay in fulfilling the order, a full refund will be available.
